Women who are pregnant require healthy food not just for herself but as well for fetal growing and developing of infants in her body in order to grow and develop completely so mother and baby escaped from a assortment of diseases, and to have the maximal effect from the intake of healthy foods and there are several ways to continue in mind at the time a pregnant mother

1. Do’t Diet
At the time of pregnancy is generally the body of a pregnant mother gets bigger or weighty, and though not as pretty to look at when not pregnant but don’t diet on pregnancy, as the diet would threaten the mother and baby since dieting causes she becomes lower vitamins, minerals and other nutrients required by the body. 3. Water
Water is needed by the human body; either during pregnancy or not pregnant all the people need enough water to keep body healthy and strong. And when the pregnant mother should consume enough water for liquids needed to build red blood cells to the amniotic fluid circulation system. In addition water can overcome constipation and regulate body temperature remained normal .

4. Fiber
Try to avoid the problem of constipation during pregnancy, so pregnant woman need eat a lot of high-fiber foods, fruits, and vegetables.

5. Stop to eat foods that are life-threatening
During pregnancy to avoid all types of food that make dangerous the body for pregnant mothers and newborn babies in the womb there, kind of a poor foods during pregnancy are raw meat, raw eggs, alcoholic beverages, beverages that contain caffeine, milk without pasteurization, cigarettes and others.
